Cottage cheese with apples
Ingredients
- flour 125 g
- salt 1 pinch (s)
- butter 65 g
- ice water 4 tbsp.
- soft cottage cheese 400 g
- vanilla sugar 1 tsp
- egg 2 pcs.
- confectionery apricot 2 tbsp.
- almond petals
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Add ice water, knead the dough. Collect it in a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Roll out the dough into a thin layer (about 5 mm) and place in a greased mold. Chop the dough with a fork and put in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
Step 3
During this time, peel the apples and cut into quarters. On each apple slice, make longitudinal cuts. Remove the form with the dough from the oven, put the curd mass, put the apple slices on top, slightly drowning them in the filling.
Step 4
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes, 10 minutes until ready, grease the pie with heated confiture, sprinkle with almond petals and return for 10 minutes until tender.
