Grilled stuffed chili peppers
This juicy, nourishing, aromatic and moderately spicy appetizer will appeal to everyone. It goes well with a cold foamy drink. Cook more - you'll want more!
Ingredients
- minced chicken 200 g
- onions 1 pc.
- bacon 300 g
- cream cheese 100 g
- green chili peppers 3 pcs.
- tomato 1 pc.
- soy sauce 100 ml
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Submerge your grill board (linden or alder) in water for 1-12 hours so that it is completely submerged.
Step 2
Wrap the stuffed chili halves completely with 1-2 strips of bacon.
Step 3
After the coals have reached the optimum temperature, place the grill board face down on the grill grate, over the coals. Hold the board in this position for 1-2 minutes until the smoke starts to flow (the dried front side will not allow the grill board to bend excessively during baking).
Step 4
Then turn the grill board right side up and place the stuffed peppers on top. If there is a lid, cover with a lid and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. If there is no lid, bake for 20-30 minutes, the board should smolder, but not burn (keep a spray bottle or water bottle ready)!
Step 5
Serve the stuffed peppers hot with a cold beer. The pungency of the peppers decreases as they cool.
