- yogurt starter Evitalia 1 pc.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Boil the milk. Cool to a temperature not exceeding 40 degrees. Remove the froth from the milk surface with a spoon. Dissolve 1 bottle (300 mg) of Evitalia starter culture in a small amount of warm milk. Pour the sourdough into the milk and mix.
Step 2
Pour milk into special containers for yoghurt or ordinary glass, clean and dry jars. Place the containers with fermented milk in the multicooker bowl. Switch on the "Yogurt" mode. The multicooker will maintain a temperature of 40 degrees for 8 hours. After 8 hours, homemade yogurt is ready. It is very convenient to prepare yogurt in the evening and a healthy and tasty breakfast is ready in the morning. Add cereal or jam to your yogurt. Good morning happens !!!
