Jellied Cinnamon Apple Pie
Delicious, delicate, fragrant apple pie is a great option for homemade tea with family or friends.
Ingredients
- apples 4 pcs.
- sugar 220 g
- butter 30 g
- vegetable oil 100 ml
- chicken egg 3 pcs.
- milk 120 ml
- baking powder 10 g
- ground cinnamon 1 pinch (s)
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Core the apples and cut into slices.
Step 2
Heat butter in a frying pan, add apples, stirring to cook until apples soften. Add 4 tsp. sugar and a pinch of cinnamon, mix. After a minute, remove the pan from the heat and let the apples cool.
Step 3
Beat the eggs with the remaining sugar until they double in volume.

Pour in milk and vegetable oil. Mix.

Add flour and baking powder.

Grease the cake tins with vegetable oil. Sprinkle with semolina or flour. Put two thirds of the dough, apples on top.

Then, the rest of the dough.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes, check the readiness with a wooden skewer.
