Jellied Pie with Rice and Meat Balls
An easy-to-prepare, tasty and satisfying jellied pie with meat and rice balls is a great homemade baking option on winter days.
Ingredients
- wheat flour 250 g
- baking soda 0.5 tsp
- sour cream 100 g
- kefir 250 ml
- chicken egg 2 pcs.
- seasoning universal 0.5 tsp
- sugar 2 tsp.
- boiled rice 0.75 glass (a)
- minced meat 300 g
- salt 2 pinch (s)
- ground black pepper 1 pinch (s)
- semolina 1 tbsp
- vegetable oil 1 tbsp.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Grate the onion on a medium grater. Mix with rice and minced meat. Season with pepper and salt to taste.
Step 2
Mix kefir, sour cream, eggs, salt, seasoning and sugar.
Step 3
Add soda, stir.
Step 4
Then, flour.
Step 5
Mix.
Step 6
Grease the molds with oil, sprinkle with semolina. Form small balls from a mixture of rice and minced meat. Put on the bottom of the forms.
Step 7
Pour the dough over the balls.
Step 8
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
