Korean crab sticks
Incredibly tender and aromatic crab sticks in a crispy breading, sprinkled with grated cheese and finely chopped parsley.
- crab sticks 18 pcs.
- egg 1 pc.
- milk 1 tbsp.
- bread crumbs 1 pack
- garlic 8 cloves
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Beat the egg with milk, salt.
We moisten the crab sticks in an egg-milk mixture and bread them in breadcrumbs.
Finely chop the garlic and lightly fry in vegetable oil.
In the same oil, fry the sticks breaded in breadcrumbs on both sides.
Rub the cheese on a fine grater.
Chop the greens finely.
Serve the cooked crab sticks hot, sprinkle with cheese and herbs.
