Dumplings
Spinach dumplings with a trumpeter and scallop are not ordinary dishes. Such dumplings with a trumpeter are quite suitable for a festive table.
Ingredients
- dumplings dough with eggs and spinach - 100 g
- boiled trumpeter - 200 g
- raw scallop - 200 g
- onions fried in butter - 199 g
- cream 33% - 50 g
- salt, pepper to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Defrost the spinach, grind, squeeze the juice through cheesecloth and add to the dough.
Step 2
Scroll all the ingredients for the minced meat through a fine meat grinder.
Step 3
Sculpt dumplings in the traditional way and boil in boiling water for 3 minutes (1 minute after surfacing).
