Melon dessert
This melon-melon dessert is very quick to cook and eaten just as quickly. And what does watercress have to do with it, you ask. The answer is: this is a dessert decoration. Well, watercress will add a little spicy flavor to the dessert.
Ingredients
- watermelon - 200 g
- melon - 200 g
- watermelon sorbet - 160 g
- melon sorbet - 160 g
- biscuit (ideally red velvet) - 200 g
- fresh strawberries - 120 g
- custard - 40 g
- watermelon or any other red jam - 100 g
- watercress - lettuce - 2 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
We cut the watermelon into triangles - this is the basis of our dessert.
Step 2
Place watermelon and melon sorbets on top, on which we place cubes of Red Velvet biscuit.
Step 3
On the sides, beautifully lay out pieces of melon, custard and pieces of watermelon (made from watermelon jam), as well as halves of fresh strawberries. Decorate the dessert with watercress.
