Incredibly delicious cookies with a viscous texture and the most delicate cream - my love forever. And our whole family and guests too. Replacement for a birthday cake - just give each guest one such cookie-cake and there will be no limit to its happiness!

Ingredients
  • 275 g flour;
  • 2 tbsp good cocoa;
  • 1 tsp baking powder;
  • 1.5 tsp soda;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • 75 g dark chocolate;
  • 75 g butter;
  • 1 cute egg;
  • 125 g of brown sugar;
  • 75 g regular sugar
  • 10 g vanilla sugar;
  • 125 g sour cream;
  • 75 g of white chocolate (in drops or cut the bar mercilessly);
  • 250 g of Holland Cremetto-type cream cheese (if necessary, I will tell you where to get it);
  • 50 g cream with a fat content of 33-35%;
  • 20 g sugar (can be replaced entirely with vanilla sugar or mixed 1: 1).

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Gently cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and gently place the dough on it with a spoon (if you are not afraid to get your hands dirty - the dough is very sticky - you can form balls with your hands). You should have 9 pieces per baking sheet, only two such baking sheets. Do not try to make the cookies too large or lay out more than 9 pieces (3 rows of 3 pieces), they will spread very much. You don't need to press it down either, the oven will do everything for you.
