Peach mousse with whiskey and pear chips
Ingredients
- pear 200 g
- peach 120 g
- Peach juice 70 ml
- whiskey 30 ml
- ice cream 50 g
- grapes 1 pc.
- chocolate 10 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Peel the fruit and cut into small cubes. We put it in a container and fill it with peach juice.
Step 2
Cut off the longitudinal part from an unpeeled pear 3-4 mm thick and send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 2-3 minutes, until it dries.
Step 3
Blender fruits with peach juice until mousse. Pour the whiskey and stir.
Step 4
Pour the finished mass into a bowl. Decorate with pear chips, a scoop of ice cream, grapes cut in half. Sprinkles everything with grated chocolate.
