Strawberry Freesier Cake
A beautiful French dessert - Frezier cake with the most delicate Genoise biscuit, light Muslin cream and strawberries will not leave anyone indifferent.
Ingredients
- flour 120 g
- sugar 260 g
- eggs 4 pcs.
- butter 270 g
- vanilla extract 1 tsp
- salt 1 pinch (s)
- egg yolks 7 pcs.
- milk 700 ml
- starch 70 g
- strawberry 600 g
- mint 1 bunch (s)
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
In a bowl, combine 4 eggs, 120 grams of sugar, a little salt and a little vanilla extract. Place the bowl in a water bath and beat the mixture incessantly until smooth. The mass will increase in volume during the whipping process. Continue to beat with a mixer until fluffy. Add the sifted flour and, using gentle movements from bottom to top, mix the flour with the mixture. Melt 60 grams of butter in the microwave and gently add to the dough. Line the baking dish with oiled parchment. Lay out the dough neatly, smooth out. Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Allow the cake to rest in the mold, then remove it on the wire shelf. Cut the biscuit into 2 pieces
