  • 150 g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g butter

  • 0.25 tsp salt

Step 1
Sift the flour. Preheat oven to 180 ° C.

In a small saucepan, combine 200 ml of drinking water, diced butter, sugar and salt. Bring to a boil and remove the pan from heat, do not turn off the heat, keep it to a minimum.
Step 3
Add flour and stir until smooth. Return the pan to the heat and dry the dough, stirring constantly with a wooden spatula, 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
Step 4
Begin adding eggs to the dough, one at a time, stirring the mixture until smooth each time before adding the next egg. The dough should be shiny, without lumps, the consistency of thick sour cream. Cool the dough completely.
Step 5
On a baking sheet lined with parchment, use two spoons or a pastry bag to place the walnut-sized balls of dough at a distance of 4–5 cm from each other.
Step 6
Place the baking sheet in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Never open the oven during baking. Cool the finished profiteroles and cut them in half lengthwise to start later.
