Roll out the dough into a layer 4-5 mm thick, cut circles with round cuttings with a diameter of 10-12 cm

Overlap one side of the circle on the filling, forming a crescent, slightly press down

Place the juices on a baking sheet, brush with a beaten egg and bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. Not more. It is better to underbake the spices than to bake them - then they will become hard and tasteless
