The incomparable date pudding tastes good on its own, but with caramel sauce it turns into food of the gods.

Ingredients
  • Earl gray tea bags 4 pcs.
  • dates 450 g
  • cinnamon 1 tsp
  • 1/4 nutmeg
  • softened butter 170 g
  • flour 340 g
  • baking powder 1 tsp
  • brown sugar 340 g
  • eggs 4 pcs.
  • caramel sauce:
  • rum (or flavoring) 30 ml
  • butter 125 g
  • brown sugar 125 g
  • fat cream 150 ml
