Minced meat sauce with forest mushrooms
A very tasty and satisfying dish! Chanterelles can be replaced with any other mushrooms, but our family loved this recipe with them.
Ingredients
- homemade minced meat 500 g
- carrots 1 pc.
- onion 1 pc.
- forest mushrooms (I have chanterelles) 500 g
- cream 10% 200 ml
- salt to taste 1/2 tsp
- spices 1 pinch (s)
- vegetable oil for frying 1 tbsp.
