STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Cut the onion into small cubes. Cut the champignons into plates. Cut the boiled sausage and tomato into medium-sized cubes. Three cheese on a fine grater.
In a frying pan, fry the onions with mushrooms, add a little salt. Fry the sliced sausage. And also fry the tomatoes, slightly salting them. Put the prepared ingredients in the cells of the silicone mold.
Take a bowl, break eggs into it, add salt. Beat the eggs with a whisk.
We distribute the egg mixture into the cells of the silicone mold.
We put the silicone mold in the oven and bake the omelettes at 180 ° C for 20 minutes, after which we remove the mold from the oven and carefully remove the finished omelettes from it, put them on plates and serve.
