Baked noodles with new potatoes, spinach, broccoli in cream with garlic butter.

Noodle casserole with vegetables
Ingredients
  • olive oil 2 tablespoons
  • young potatoes 300 g
  • broccoli 300 g
  • spinach 200 g
  • garlic 2
  • hard cheese 100 g
  • cream 10% 200 ml
  • wide wheat noodles 100 g

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Cut the potatoes into slices 5 mm thick, boil in salted water for 2 minutes.
Step 2
Add broccoli, noodles, spinach to the pan. Cook for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Heat oil in a small frying pan, fry the garlic, cut into plates, until golden brown.
Step 4
Throw the vegetables in a colander, transfer to a baking dish. Grate the cheese on top, pour in the cream, pour over the garlic oil. Season to taste. Put in the oven (200 °) for 15-20 minutes.
