Omelet Barceloneta
It would seem that an omelet is the most trivial breakfast option. But if you cook an omelet with tomatoes and herbs in olive oil and serve with a fragrant ciabatta generously greased with salsa, then that's a completely different story. You can invite guests to such breakfast.
Ingredients
- egg - 12 pcs
- salt - 8 g
- milk - 200 g
- micro greens - 4 g
- tomatoes - 120 g
- basil - 8 g
- olive oil - 20 g
- wheat ciabatta - 400 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Break eggs into a bowl, add salt. Add milk, stir.
Step 2
Cut the tomatoes into cubes. Grind the basil, microgreens and mix with the tomatoes - the filling is ready.
Step 3
In a preheated skillet, add olive oil and pour the mixture of eggs and milk. After the eggs have set slightly, distribute the filling.
Step 4
After a minute, pick up half of the omelet with a spatula and fold in half. Wait a little, turn over to the other side, then remove from heat and place on a plate.
Step 5
Serve with a fragrant josper ciabatta topped with green salsa, fresh tomatoes, and garnish with a basil leaf on top.
