Oven protein omelet with seaweed
Ingredients
- egg white 2 pcs.
- milk 230 ml
- Adyghe salt (to taste)
- ground black pepper (to taste)
- dried seaweed 1 handful
- butter for greasing molds
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Beat egg white in a mixer with Adyghe salt and ground pepper.
Step 2
Cover the seaweed with hot water and leave to swell. Then discard in a colander.
Step 3
Grease ceramic molds with butter, pour out the whipped milk with egg white, put 1.5 tablespoons on top. seaweed.
Step 4
