Egg Benedict with beef
Egg Benedict with Hollandaise sauce - a classic breakfast in a five-star hotel. Poached eggs are usually accompanied by salted salmon, seafood, or fried bacon. But with a steak made from beef or veal, it turns out even tastier.
Ingredients
- beef, pulp - 230 g
- hollandaise sauce -80 g
- chicken egg - 4 pieces
- pickled red onion -24 g
- bread -100 g
- kinza -4 g
- boiled water -1 l
- salt, sugar - 1 tsp each
- fresh frozen lingonberries -100 g
- butter -70 g
- chicken egg (yolks) -3 pcs.
- salt -1 g
- lemon juice -3 ml
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Peel the onion, cut into rings.
Step 2
Cooking marinade for onions: dissolve salt and sugar in boiled hot water, add freshly frozen lingonberries. Pour the onion with this marinade for at least 40 minutes.
Step 3
Cooking Benedict's egg: add a tablespoon of vinegar to boiling water, bring to a boil without removing it from the heat, create a funnel, break the egg into the funnel. After the squirrel has curled up, Benedict is ready.
Step 4
