Meat peppers in an omelet

Ingredients
- minced beef - 400g
- beef fat - 80g
- green peppers - 240g
- chicken egg - 4 pcs.
- garlic - 2 g
- salt, pepper 1 g each
- deep-fat flour
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Scroll through the ground beef with fat.
Step 2
Cut the capsicum lengthwise into two parts, remove the seeds and partitions and stuff.
Step 3
Then we take the egg, beat it thoroughly with salt, pepper and finely chopped clove of garlic. Dip pepper in the resulting mass, roll it in flour and deep-fry it until golden brown.
