Ingredients
  • minced beef - 400g
  • beef fat - 80g
  • green peppers - 240g
  • chicken egg - 4 pcs.
  • garlic - 2 g
  • salt, pepper 1 g each
  • deep-fat flour

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Scroll through the ground beef with fat.
Step 2
Cut the capsicum lengthwise into two parts, remove the seeds and partitions and stuff.
Step 3
Then we take the egg, beat it thoroughly with salt, pepper and finely chopped clove of garlic. Dip pepper in the resulting mass, roll it in flour and deep-fry it until golden brown.
