English omelet with seaweed
English omelet is not cooked with tender texture
Ingredients
- chicken eggs 2 pcs
- onion 1pc
- sweet pepper 0.3 pcs
- seaweed 50 gr
- butter 1 tbsp
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Fry the onion in butter until golden brown. Add diced bell peppers and seaweed. Cook until vegetables are tender.
Step 2
Shake the eggs with a fork, add cream and salt.
Step 3
Pour the egg-cream mixture over the frying pan.
Step 4
Cook, stirring occasionally, until eggs curl. Do not fry the eggs until they are too tough, the egg mixture should shake.
