Healthy breakfast in a bun
Hearty and healthy breakfast!
Ingredients
- hamburger bun 1 pc.
- seaweed 10 g
- cream cheese 1 tbsp
- quail eggs 1 pc.
- dill sprig
- pepper
- salt
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cut the seaweed into smaller pieces. Finely chop the dill. Mix together with cream cheese. This will be the filling.
Step 2
Cut off the top of the bun, pull out part of the crumb.
Step 3
Fill the bun with the filling, leaving room for the egg.
Step 4
Gently break the quail egg on top of the filling. Send the bun to the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes to turn the white white.
