Glazed beef burger

Ingredients

- ground dried garlic 0.5 tsp
- curry 0.5 tsp
- vegetable oil 3 tbsp.
- tomatoes (filling) 1 pc.

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cooking the dough. We dilute yeast with sugar in warm water. We leave for 15 minutes. We introduce a pinch of salt, flour gradually. Knead the dough, put it in a bowl greased with vegetable oil and put it in a warm place for 30 minutes. If you are using ready-made yeast dough, skip this step.
Step 2
For glazing meat we need ketchup and mustard, soy sauce, cognac, brown sugar, dried garlic, nutmeg, curry, vegetable oil.

Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan and heat over medium heat on the stove until the sugar dissolves and the smell of alcohol from the cognac evaporates.

Boil the beef (I have a drumstick fillet) for 30 minutes. Pay attention to the weight! I have 300 grams.
