Pickled seaweed
You will feel the difference if you try to make pickled cabbage yourself. It's not difficult at all. If I come across frozen seaweed, I always buy the marina myself. This is both tastier and healthier than buying canned food.
Ingredients
- seaweed (frozen) 200 g
- onion 1 pc.
- chili 0.5 pcs.
- sugar 0.5 tsp.
- salt to taste
- apple cider vinegar 2 tablespoons
- vegetable oil 2 tbsp
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Defrost the cabbage and cook in plenty of water for 15-20 minutes. Then rinse well with water. Chop the onion and chili and add to the seaweed.
Step 2
Salt to taste, add sugar and season with butter. Let the cabbage marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
