Pie with pears and chocolate
Ingredients
  • 4-5 pear conference
  • 270-300 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 140-150 g butter + for roasting nuts and greasing a mold
  • 60 g dark (70% cocoa) chocolate
  • 70 g shelled walnuts
  • 120 g of sugar
  • salt

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Cut the nuts into small pieces, setting aside 3-4 beautiful whole halves. Melt some butter in a skillet. Add a dash of salt and nuts. Fry them, stirring occasionally, so that the nuts are covered with melted butter and slightly toasted. Remove from heat and cool completely, 30 minutes.
Step 2
Cut the cold butter into small cubes. Combine with sifted flour and grind the mixture with your hands until it is like bread crumbs. Add sugar and nuts. Beat in eggs one at a time, stirring each time.
Step 3
Peel the pears. Cut into small pieces, leaving one pear whole. Chop the chocolate finely. Add to the dough together with the chopped pears, mix quickly. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Cut the remaining pear in half and cut into thin slices, keeping the shape of the pear. Spread the slices overlapped on the dough, press down lightly. Decorate the center with the remaining nuts. Bake for 30–35 minutes. Remove the pie from the oven and cool in the pan.
