Roasted duck with plums
This was the first time I baked a duck with plums, but the whole family liked this option so much that it will be cooked many more times !!!
Ingredients
- duck 2 kg
- plums 10 pcs.
- soy sauce 5 tbsp
- honey 1 tbsp.
- ground black pepper 1 pinch (s)
- salt 1 pinch (s)
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
First you need to remove the seeds from the plums. Then combine the soy sauce, honey, black pepper and salt in a small bowl until smooth. Place plums in this bowl for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Then remove the plums from the marinade. Coat the duck carcass inside and outside with marinade, stuff it with pickled plums and leave to marinate for 2-3 hours, or overnight.
Step 3
Put the pickled duck on a baking sheet or in a baking dish and send to an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 1.5-2 hours, periodically pouring over it with the fat released during baking. Transfer the finished duck to a dish and serve, bon appetit !!!
