Shrimps on a ketsu with white wine
Ingredients
- king prawns 150 g
- garlic 10 g
- butter 20 g
- dry white wine 25 g
- salt 5 g
- ground red pepper 5 g
- water 50 g
- cinnamon 5 g

Step 1
Boil and peel the shrimp, then fry in butter, add wine and water.
Step 2
When the shrimps are ready, add the rest of all the ingredients and transfer to the hot dumpling. Sprinkle with cilantro on top.
