Spicy appetizer of squid and vegetables
Anyone who loves oriental cuisine will love this spicy salad.
Ingredients
- squid 4 pcs.
- sweet pepper 1 pc.
- carrots 1 pc.
- garlic 2-3 cloves
- tomato sauce 3 tbsp
- chili 1 pc.
- soy sauce 4 tbsp
- sesame oil 2 tablespoons
- brown sugar 1 tsp
- salt
- sesame seeds for serving
- vegetable oil 2 tbsp
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cut vegetables into strips. Preheat a frying pan, mix sesame and regular oil. First, fry the carrots for 2 minutes. Then put onions to the carrots and fry them together for another 2 minutes.
Step 2
Now add the bell peppers and cook for another 2 minutes. Finely chop the chili and garlic and add to the pan. Cooking for 1 minute.
Step 3
Add soy sauce, tomato sauce and brown sugar to the pan with vegetables. Stir and cook for another 2 minutes.
