  • milk 250 g

  • butter 50 g
  • vegetable oil 50 g
  • live yeast 12 g
  • eggs 1 pc.
  • sugar 30 g

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Cooking dough: add sugar and yeast to warm milk. Mix thoroughly and add 200 grams of flour. Stir and remove to a warm place for 20-25 minutes.
Step 2
Add an egg, melted butter, vegetable oil, 300 grams of flour and salt to the dough. Knead the dough and remove for 40 minutes in a warm place. We knead and clean again for 40 minutes.
