Steamed chicken cutlets
Ingredients
- 400g chicken fillet
- 1 onion
- 4 slices of stale bread without crust
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- vegetable oil
- salt, pepper to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and turn it through a meat grinder. It is better to do it 2 times. Soak the bread in milk, then squeeze lightly. Peel the onion and chop very finely.
Step 2
Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion, 5 minutes.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine the minced chicken, the bread soaked in milk, the fried onions and the egg. Season with salt and pepper. Knead the minced meat thoroughly. With wet hands, mold small round cutlets from minced meat.
Step 4
Steam cutlets for about 20 minutes.
