Turkey lasagna

Turkey lasagna
  • 16 lasagna sheets
  • 700g minced turkey
  • 1 red onion
  • some grated cheese for the top
  • 800 g chopped tomatoes in their own juice
  • 1 hot chilli
  • 1 tbsp chopped dill
  • vegetable oil
  • salt, black pepper


Step 1
Chop the onion. Fry with minced meat for 10 minutes, kneading the lumps. Add dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine the tomatoes, juice and chopped chili. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add to minced meat. Mix.
Step 3
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Lay out 4 lasagna sheets so that they overlap a little. Spread some minced meat with sauce. Repeat again with the sheets. Put the filling on the last layer of the sheets and sprinkle with cheese.
Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
