Turkish bagels simit
Ingredients
- wheat flour 250 g
- dry fast-acting yeast 3.5 g
- olive oil 3 tablespoons
- salt to taste
- sugar 1 tbsp
- sesame seeds 1 cup (s)
- warm water 120 ml
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Prepare ingredients. Sift flour into a bowl.
