Ingredients
  • wheat flour 250 g
  • dry fast-acting yeast 3.5 g
  • olive oil 3 tablespoons
  • salt to taste
  • sugar 1 tbsp
  • sesame seeds 1 cup (s)
  • warm water 120 ml

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Prepare ingredients. Sift flour into a bowl.

Add some flour, salt, sugar, yeast to warm water, mix. Introduce flour gradually (leave part of the flour for further kneading the dough). Add olive oil in portions and knead each time until the dough has absorbed all the oil. The dough will be soft.
