Zucchini caviar with mayonnaise as from the store

Zucchini caviar with mayonnaise as from the store
Ingredients

  • vegetable oil - 100 ml
  • tomato paste - 100-120 g
  • mayonnaise - 130 g
  • sugar - 100 g
  • bay leaf - 1 pc.
  • freshly ground black pepper - 1 tsp.

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1

To prepare zucchini caviar with mayonnaise "as from a store", wash the zucchini. If the peel is too tough, peel it off. Remove large seeds. Cut the pulp into cubes.
