Baked flounder
Delicate flounder baked in the oven.
Ingredients
- flounder pcs.
- Adyghe salt to taste
- olive oil 1 tablespoon
- dill, finely chopped 1.5 tsp
- butter 35 g
- lemon juice 1 tbsp
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Wash and dry the flounder.
Step 2
Cut off the head, fins, clean from the entrails. wash and dry. Make diagonal cuts, rub with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees, bake for 5 minutes. Drizzle with lemon juice and cook at the same temperature for about 25 minutes.
Step 4
Grind softened butter with finely chopped dill.
Step 5
Rub the baked flounder with a mixture of butter and dill. Enjoy your meal!
