Baked quince with mascarpone and pine nuts
Ingredients
- 4 small quinces
- 250 g mascarpone
- 50 g toasted pine nuts
- 120 g of ghee
- 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. l. brown sugar and medium sea salt

Step 1
