That is a rare case when young cabbage can be used not only for salad. Cabbage stewed in cream acquires a delicate creamy taste and aroma. This cabbage can be served with fish or boiled potatoes.

Ingredients
  • 1 head of young cabbage
  • 500 ml cream, 20-30% fat
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 small bunch of dill
  • salt

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Preheat oven to 120 ° C. Chop the cabbage into medium strips and place in a cast iron pot or goose pan. Salt, mix, pour cream. Place over medium heat and bring to a low boil.

Close the lid and transfer to the oven for 40 minutes. Stir the cabbage from time to time.
Step 3
While the cabbage is languishing, boil the hard-boiled eggs, 9 minutes, pour over with cold water, peel and chop not too finely, but not coarsely.
