Beef tartare with cherries
Ingredients
  • beef fillet - 200 gr
  • olive oil - 30 ml
  • salt to taste
  • pepper - to taste
  • Tabasco sauce - to taste
  • balsamic vinegar 8 gr
  • cherries - 8 pieces
  • Philadelphia cheese - 20 gr
  • bread - 8 thin slices
  • balsamic cream - for decoration
  • cookies "OREO" - for decoration
  • Frize salad - for decoration

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Rinse the beef fillets under running water and pat dry with a towel.
Step 2
Chop the meat finely and add olive oil, salt, pepper, Tabasco sauce and balsamic vinegar, stir until smooth
Step 3
Put the slices of bread on a baking sheet, add salt to taste and put in the oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Divide the meat mass into 2 portions and place on a plate.
Step 5
For one serving of tartar, use 4 cherries, cut them in half and remove the seeds. Place Philadelphia cheese in the pitted cavities and garnish with tartare berries.
Step 6
Chop the OREO cookies into small crumbs and sprinkle around the tartar.
Step 7
Add a couple of drops of balsamic cream and garnish with Frize salad.
