Mexican meatballs
Ingredients
  • 500g ground beef
  • 400g canned white beans in tomato sauce
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 0.25 cups minced almonds
  • 4 slices of white bread without crust
  • 50 ml of milk
  • 1 egg vegetable oil
  • salt pepper

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Soak three slices of white bread in milk and, without squeezing, add to the minced meat. Mix. Beat in an egg, salt and pepper and knead thoroughly.
Step 2
Shape the minced meat into meatballs. Fry in oil.
Step 3
Heat the oil in another skillet and fry the almonds with chopped garlic and the remaining crumbled piece of bread, 2 minutes.
Step 4
Chop the onion and fry. Add the beans to the onion along with the sauce, mix.
Step 5
Add meatballs and almonds and stir. Remove from heat.
