Brown rice with fried egg and broccoli
Not a dish, but a real energy cocktail: in broccoli - vitamin C, iron and zinc, in brown rice - a lot of useful amino acids and vegetable protein. And by the way, avocado replaces animal fats. Vegetarians, grab the forks!
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- salt
- 450 g boiled brown rice
- 4 tbsp. miso sauce
- pre-boiled and fried broccoli
- avocado
- cilantro leaves
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Heat 1 tablespoon in a skillet. oils. Shake eggs with salt, pour into a frying pan. Cook for about 3 minutes.
Step 2
Pour the remaining oil into the same pan, add rice, cook for about 2 minutes. Add miso sauce. Mix everything, breaking the egg pancake with a spatula.
Step 3
Place the rice on plates, top with the broccoli florets and sliced avocado. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and serve.
