Cake "Currant Paradise"
Ingredients
- raspberries
- black currant berries
- flour 110 g
- egg 4 pcs.
- baking powder 1/2 tsp
- sugar 120 g
- cinnamon KOTANYI 1/2 tsp
- vanilla sugar 1/2 tsp
- cream 33% 500 ml
- icing sugar - to taste
- raspberry puree from fresh berries 200 g
- berries of red and white currants 300 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
For the cakes, beat the eggs with a mixer, add sugar, ground cinnamon, vanilla sugar, baking powder. Stir gently.
Step 2
Bake the biscuit in the oven at 170 degrees. Allow the cakes to cool completely and cut into 2-3 pieces.
Step 3
Layer each layer with raspberry puree (made from fresh raspberries and sugar).
Step 4
Beat the cream with powdered sugar until thick foam and coat the cakes on top of the raspberry puree.
Step 5
Put currant and raspberry berries on a layer of cream.
Step 6
Decorate the top of the cake with whipped cream with a cooking syringe.
Step 7
Decorate the cake with currant berries.
