Cauliflower cream soup with cod and truffle oil
Cauliflower is more commonly used as a base for cream soup than its white cousin. The ingredients for this soup can be brewed, but most often it comes with potatoes, carrots, cream, and olive oil.
Ingredients
- cauliflower - 400 g
- potatoes - 100 g
- onions - 50 g
- garlic - 20 g
- cream - 200 ml
- olive oil - 50 g
- water - 100 ml
- salt - 5 g
- pepper - 1 g
- cod fillet - 40 g
- a few drops of truffle oil
- sprouts and mini spinach for garnish
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Peel onions, potatoes, garlic and chop randomly.
Step 2
Put all the chopped ingredients in a saucepan, fry in mawla, at the end add cabbage divided into inflorescences.
Step 3

Step 4
