Chickpea casserole with olives
Ingredients
- 250 g chickpea or pea flour
- 200 g olives and pitted olives
- 2 cups soy milk
- 4 squirrels
- 2 large onions
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 sprigs of thyme
- 2 tbsp. l. extra virgin olive oil
- freshly ground black pepper
- salt, optional
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Mix chickpea flour with soy milk and 1 cup water until smooth. Leave for 1 hour.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 170 ° C. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Fry in olive oil until golden brown, 10 minutes. Cut the olives and olives into slices.
Step 3
Combine the onion, garlic and olives with the chickpea mixture. Add thyme leaves. Pepper.
Step 4
Whisk the whites until fluffy. In three steps, gently add the whipped whites into the chickpea mass, stirring with a spatula from bottom to top.
Step 5
Line a baking dish with parchment. Put the chickpea mass and place in the oven for 40 minutes. Serve lukewarm or chilled.
