Chili Corn Soup
Do you want to make an unconventional soup quickly and easily? Cook this one, just properly adjust its pungency and thickness.
Ingredients
- 40 g butter
- 2 onions (chopped)
- 1 garlic clove (chopped)
- chili pepper (cut into rings)
- 300 g potatoes (peeled, diced and floured)
- 60 g cornstarch
- 100 ml white wine
- 500 ml vegetable broth
- 300 ml of milk
- 400 g canned corn
- salt, freshly ground black pepper
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Melt butter in a saucepan. Add onion, garlic, chili and potatoes and simmer for a few minutes.
Step 2
Add cornstarch and stir. Pour in white wine and vegetable broth and simmer for about 15-20 minutes.
Step 3
Pour in milk and add corn. Cook gently for a few minutes, then season with salt and pepper and serve.
