Chopped cutlets "Neither fish nor chicken"
Cutlets and not chicken or fish! Juicy, soft, original! The taste of the fish is not very noticeable, the seaweed gives the original taste.
Ingredients
- chicken breast 300 g
- minced river fish (perch) 400 g
- onion 1 pc.
- lard 100 g
- seaweed 80 g
- chicken eggs 1 pc.
- salt
- pepper
- spices for poultry
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Prepare minced meat from river fish (I have from perch) so that the bones are not felt, I advise you to twist it 2-3 times with bacon. Cut the chicken breast into pieces (chop).
Step 2
Prepare minced meat for cutlets from minced fish, minced chicken breasts, eggs, seaweed, spices and onions. Mix well and let stand for 20-30 minutes.
Step 3
Form cutlets and fry over medium heat until golden brown.
