Crab rolls with omelette and cucumber
Ingredients
  • crab sticks 5 pcs.
  • Peking cabbage 1/2 pc.
  • egg 3 pcs.
  • cucumber 1 pc.
  • olive oil 1 tablespoon
  • salt to taste
  • greens to taste
  • mayonnaise 3 tbsp.
  • hot ketchup 1 tbsp
  • a mixture of peppers to taste

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Divide the Chinese cabbage into leaves. Cut off the hard part of the leaves.
Step 2
Cut the crab sticks into thin vertical strips. Cut the cucumbers into thin long strips.
Step 3
For the sauce, mix mayonnaise with hot ketchup and pepper to taste.
Step 4
For an omelet, beat the eggs and fry the omelet in olive oil. Cool the omelet and cut into pieces.
Step 5
For rolls, lay out the leaves of Peking cabbage, 1 slice of omelet, a layer of crab sticks and a layer of cucumbers. Brush with sauce, roll into rolls.
Step 6
Cut each roll into halves. Serve chilled. Decorate with a sprig of greenery. Enjoy your meal!
