Mini pancakes with apples
Ingredients
- 200 g flour
- 300 ml of milk
- 15 g fresh or 7.5 g dry yeast
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 medium green apples
- butter
- salt
- jam or honey for serving
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Sift flour into a deep bowl, add warm milk mixed with yeast, eggs, sugar and salt. Stir well, cover the bowl with a clean towel and leave in a warm place for the dough to come up, 1 tsp.
Step 2
Peel the apples, core them and cut into small (4–5 mm) cubes. Add apples to dough, stir well and let rise again, 15 minutes.
Step 3
With a large spoon, spread the dough into a well-heated skillet with butter and fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown. Top with jam or honey when serving.
