Rice porridge with berries
Rice porridge with berries is a variant of a sweet lean breakfast. Any berries or dried fruits, preserves and jams, for example, grapes with lingonberry jam, are suitable for rice cooked in water and coconut milk.
Ingredients
- rice - 280 g
- coconut milk - 800 ml
- sugar - 60 g
- salt
- grapes - 120 g
- lingonberry jam -50 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Rinse the rice in cold water until the water is clear. Transfer to a saucepan and pour 4 cups of cold water.
Step 2
Put on the stove, bring to a boil and cook covered over very low heat for 20 minutes.
