Cheesecakes without flour with candied fruits
Cheesecakes without flour - pure benefit. Cheesecakes with candied fruits are doubly beneficial, since candied fruits contain fiber, vitamins and trace elements that are useful for digestion.
Ingredients
- 400 g cottage cheese
- 50 g assorted candied fruits
- 1 egg
- 2-3 tbsp. l. corn starch
- 50 g of sugar
- vegetable oil
- 1 pinch of vanilla sugar
- sour cream and jam for serving
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Beat the cottage cheese with a blender until it becomes more homogeneous. Chop candied fruits finely.
Step 2
Add an egg to the curd, 1 tbsp. l. starch, all sugar and candied fruits. If it turns out to be watery, add a little more starch. Stir.
Step 3
Shape the cheesecakes (they don't have to be big, literally - for one bite) and roll them in the remaining starch.
Step 4
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
Step 5
Transfer the pan to an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 10-15 minutes. Serve with sour cream or jam.
