French pumpkin soup
  • pumpkin 500 g
  • potatoes 300 g
  • onion 1 pc.
  • vegetable oil 1 tbsp.
  • milk 1 glass (s)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • crackers


Step 1
Prepare food. Wash and peel the potatoes and pumpkin, remove the seeds from the pumpkin. Cut into small cubes. Peel the onion and chop finely.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a saucepan with a thick bottom and fry the onion until transparent for about 3-4 minutes.
Step 3
Add vegetables to the onion.
Step 4
And pour boiling water so that it only covers them. Season with salt to taste and cook over low heat until soft for about 15-20 minutes.
Step 5
Drain the broth. Beat the vegetables with a blender until smooth.
Step 6
Dilute with hot milk to the consistency you need. Warm up over medium heat for 5-10 minutes.
Step 7
Season to taste, stir. Serve hot with wheat croutons. Enjoy your meal!
